Navigation
A Skip feature has been added to allow certain users to bypass repeated reading of the navigation and allow access to the content. The use of the tab button also allows a structured passage through links on the site.

All content images used in this site include descriptive ALT attributes. Purely decorative graphics include null ALT attributes.
