All links have TITLE attributes which describe the link in greater detail. Links are written to make sense out of context.

Navigation

A Skip feature has been added to allow certain users to bypass repeated reading of the navigation and allow access to the content. The use of the tab button also allows a structured passage through links on the site.

Access keys

Most browsers do not at this time support the use of access keys well enough to be used, when the technology levels and support increase we will ensure access keys are used.

Images

All content images used in this site include descriptive ALT attributes. Purely decorative graphics include null ALT attributes.
